Went on vacation in 2014 to Indiana, when we got there our heat was only working on the driver side vent. Took it in to Douglass Heep to be fixed when we returned. We just got to Indiana today, first time we have had to run the heat since it was fixed, coldest day of the year and the heat still only works on the drivers side. Appears Dodge knows this is a manufacturing default as well.

This was the best experience . The dealers we're very knowledgeable and helpful especially Craig Nereim. He took the time to go over my new Jeep Wrangler just show me how to take the windows down and a few little tricks to make it easier. I love my new Jeep and if I were you and needed a new Jeep I go there.
Craig Nereim was incredible to deal with. I always dread going to purchase a new vehicle but this was by far my best experience ever. Craig & Luis (finance) made it simple & a pleasure to do business with them. We will definitely be back & I will be recommending them to friends & family.
