RecommendedWent there to look at Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus and was headed over to Subaru dealership after. I never made it to Subaru, Caleb showed me exactly what I had described to him what I had seen on line, took it for a test drive and I think I was hooked then but didn’t want him to know that right off the bat😄. RecommendedAwful! Stay away from the service department!!!! Dropped my 18 2500 off for service Friday 1/22. Paid 1400 dollars to do the oil, fuel filters, transmission fluid, trans filter, front diff, rear diff, transfer case, cabin air filter and engine air filter. Picked the truck up 1/22 and drove home....made it to Hungerford and low coolant light came on, checked the temp and truck was overheating. My salesperson was great but the service from service dept has been horrible. Always making excuses and can't solve the issue with my Auto Start Stop Service light and check engine light coming on constantly. It's under warranty so they don't want to work on it. They are costing me time off of work and lots of frustration. Save yourself some aggravation and get your service elsewhere if you can.
RecommendedFrom the Salesman to the Financial Manger all were very professional. I would recommend this dealer and sales team to family and friends. The only complaint I have is that the dealer only put in a 1/2 of tank of gas knowing I had a 2 hour drive back home.
