It’s not so much the quality of the repair and the work that was done on the vehicle, it’s when I receive my vehicle back I was sick to my stomach for like a week or two because of the smoke smell that was left in my car. It’s obvious that a technician or lot attendant smoked cigarettes in my car and I can’t get the stink out of it! My car has never been smoked in before and it’s super bad customer service to have these people stink it up - I can’t get the smell out!

We were in/out done deal within an hour! Fast, friendly, professional service! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my most recent visit wasn’t as I had hoped. I was under the impression that if I made an appointment (11am appointment) that my vehicle would begin its service at that time. It was a simple battery swap and a recall software update. Even though it seemed like a long time, I waited till 2:30pm to call that day. I had to call 3 times to get a status update with the 3rd call coming in at 5pm and each time I was told that someone was going to call me with that update. RecommendedBest car buying experience ever!! We worked with Paul Paumier and he was wonderful to work with. No pressure and we felt relaxed buying a car from him. Super friendly, down to earth and easy to work with. Came in after finding a truck we liked on the website and left with it a couple hours later.
