So I want to give a big shout out to Randy Cell for helping me get my dream car! Called Sue before closing and Sue was able to coordinate with Randy to hold the car for me and guide me through the purchasing process. Randy even stayed late since I was coming from the other side of the state. Everyone was very helpful.
I have to change my review a bit here since I've been screwed a little on my oil changes I was promised. I was told when I purchased the truck even though I was out of state I could bring my truck to any dealership for up to 4 free oil changes. When I called a dealership near me they said no. So I called my sales associate and she goes oh I'm sorry it's only for this dealership. I normally don't write reviews but I have to say our experience yesterday was great. We have bought cars from other dealers in the past but nobody treated us as well as Jack treated us. If you are in the market for a car you owe it to yourself to check out Douglas.
My husband and I met Rob Pierce at Douglas Jeep last week. I had an idea about what I wanted but wasn't entirely sure. Rob was very helpful and patient. We went for a test drive and I loved the car. We will definitely be recommending Rob and Douglas Jeep!

After driving by so many times looking at one in particular car. My boyfriend and I finally stopped in to look at it and I'm so glad we did.
