I just got my second Grand Caravan ( first a 2004) from Douglas Dodge/Jeep in Venice, FL. Got a pretty good deal. The sales person was Karen Lanni. She handled the sale very well and was a nice to work with and I look forward to working with her on any future deals.
Was in with my wife to get info on getting a future vehicle. Am in a lease with 9 months til I get out of it and want a new truck. Salesman Randy Cell took the time to get me all info I was looking for, even though, I wasn't currently ready to buy. He was so professional, I will definitely be making my future purchase there when my lease is up. Thank you Randy.

From the moment I spoke with Jack Prater on the phone before coming in, I knew I found the right place. He worked hard and stayed late to coordinate details and make sure I was approved and ready to go before I came in. The last car buying experience I had was not good. Jack made this one a great experience, talking to me like I was a friend he's known for years. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know!

This is the second car I have bought from Pete McIvers at Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge. Totally went there because we were "thinking" about trading. I love this dealership and Pete. No selling by Pete or anyone- not pushy, no hard sell - and, yep, I bought another and got exactly what I wanted!
