I have purchased 3 Infinitis from Douglas and while I would definitely recommend the sales department, I continue going back to Douglas especially because of their service department. I have worked with Alexis for over 6 years and have never had a bad experience. She knows my cars, treats me like family and is an asset to the company!! I could not imagine myself in any other car thanks to the service @ Douglas
This is the only place that I would go to for my Infiniti G35x. They have a professional staff especially Alexis she is very attentive and makes sure that all your concerns are addressed. One experience I had was something with my motor that was going to be very costly and Alexis talked to the mechanics and came up with a more affordable solution for me at the time. She is very knowledgeable with cars. Go and patronized them you wont regret it.
I set up my appointment online. i went into the service department not knowing what to expect. i was attended to promptly by Jimmy Santamaria. he was very polite and thoughtful. i had originally requested a loaner but decided to wait once jimmy told me it would only take 45 minutes for the service to be done. i was walked to the lobby and offered refreshments during my wait. the staff at douglas definitely met all of my expectations.
Great service, competitive pricing and sales professional Gil Coronado was fantastic. It was an effortless process each of the 4 cars I have leased through them. I would highly recommend Douglas Infiniti and Gil to anyone!
Just before making my appointment for my 60k service, I contacted Alexis Maldonado with a few questions and then called back with a few more follow up questions. She answered each inquiry right away. Alexis was very professional, honest and thorough. My overall experience with this dealership was excellent. I left knowing my car was serviced by professionals that work on Infinity's day in and day out so would definitely go back!
I recently had my car serviced and as always, a very smooth experience. Alexis greeted me right away and I waited while my service was completed. The visit was quick and comfortable and my car was cleaned beautifully. Thanks to alexis and the Douglas staff!
When service is bad, I'll be the first to complain. When it's good- I will shout it from the rooftops. Well... service at Douglas Infiniti is EXCELLENT!!! Alexis is so pleasant and really smart! Most of the service advisers I have dealt with in the past were just trying to sell me something. Not Alexis. She cares about my experience and my satisfaction. I will keep going back to Douglas.
I continue to be a loyal customer of Infiniti because of Douglas and their service department. Alex always takes good care of my car and makes the experience as painless as possible. Best experience since I've owned a car and that is a LONG time! It's the whole package of getting an experience when buying your car and getting the service. And you know your car will need to be serviced! The facility is clean, the process is efficient, the personnel there are top notch. Alexis Moldandado made me feel like I was a millionaire.
