Excellent Service Staff... Alexis took care of every detail and made me feel secure in trusting this dealership with my Qx56. She gave me great updates as well as detailed explanations of the issues on my car and made sure they were taken care of 100%.. she's Flawless!

I spoke with Alexis over the phone and she made the appointment process very smooth. When I arrived for service, she made me feel like I had been her customer for years.
