Douglas is a great dealership from sales to service. Having more contact with Alexis in service, I would never go anywhere else. I continue to buy infinities because of the great service. Alexis has helped me and my husband for years and it is no weary enough to send my son with the car and know its gonna come back right!
I came in for my yearly checkup. Alexis made my appointment and helped me when I came in. She is always great to work with. I never feel pressured and my car is done right and quick. I will continue going to Douglas so long as this service continues to be great!

Douglas is great. I have been a customer for years and I feel they value my business. Alexus always works with me to give me the recommendations to keep my car running smooth. She also tries to keep the cost minimal and the coupons I get always help. Would never go anywhere else
I've had a few experiences with other "luxury" service departments and nothing compares to Douglas Infiniti. I come in before heading to work at 7am, Alexis has me out in minutes. There is no waiting around for a loaner or a ride to the train. Even the guys who move my car are always quick to help. From the hours to the quality work and professionalism I would never go anywhere else
I recently worked with Gil to lease two new infinities from Douglas infinity. It was such a great experience. The environment is friendly and professional and working with Gil was truly a pleasure!
