I always bring my car knowing it is going to be serviced right. I had a flat tire and Mario squeezed me in right away, and I was in and out in no time.

I continue to service my Infiniti at Douglas because its always a pleasant experience. I drop my car off before work, pick up a free loaner and get my car back the same day, clean quick and always fixed right. I have been working with Douglas, specifically Alexis for years and remain a very happy customer. I would only bring my car to the dealership, these are the experts!

I am happy to recommend Douglas to anyone! I have been a customer for years and am always happy with both sales and service! Their recent renovations have been an added bonus too. Alexis in the service department always assists me and it is a pleasure to wait for my car in the new facility! very comfortable and pleasant as always! Ask for Alexis : )
