After a bad experience at a quick lube, not worth the time or hassle. Sure the dealer is a little more expensive then my local guy but it's worth it. Alexis is knowledgable and knows me by name. I get the local feel with people that know their stuff.
Staff is very professional and welcoming.Jimmy took my call. Listened to my request and then made it happen. Jimmy told me what they would do and then did it. Kept me informed, as I waited for the car.

Every time i go there its a painless hassle free experience!!! Mario always has a loaner car ready for me. When i pick up my car it always nice and clean!!! Great service dept!!!!
I came in a while back and Alexis handled my concern promptly. My car was in for a brake concern which turned out to be nothing big but I appreciated her taking my car in before a long road trip I was going to be taking. Just came back and my car is perfect after the long drive. I highly recommend Douglas. The whole crew is great!
