Zachary Hansen is the man! You should see the deals he is giving!!!
Zachary Hansen is by far the BEST out there! He listened to my concerns and needs for what I wanted in a car. And he even helped fix a few problems on my wife's older model Kia, Optima. We also appreciated how he greeted us with a smile every single time we walked in. We will always consider Doug Smith Kia in American Fork especially Zachary Hansen. Thanks buddy!😃
I wanted to post a review of the service department at Doug Smith. My KIA has a engine issue and unfortunately the engine took 3 months to get there. Kazlen in service was amazing and kept me informed and gave me all my options. When the engine finally came in they got it done quickly and now I have the car back and couldn’t be happier. I will only take my car there for service and because of the great service will likely purchase future cars at that dealer. Thank you.

The guys down at Doug Smith understand that buying a new car is a positive experience all around. I simply cannot rate my experience and higher to show others how awesome they are. I contacted a few dealerships about a specific car I wanted. I received a few phone emails and phone calls about it. It's my first time come and I have a horrible experience today. I came at 7 a.m. to fix my car and it took me 5 hours to wait. The last time the service guy told me just only 5 more mins to wait and still took me 30 mins. When I try to talk to the manager. They just say my manager is not here today. And they never think about why I need to talk to their manager. Strongly recommend, don't come to this place to fix your car problem. I believe there is the better place to go.

I’ve now worked with Darin Elggren and Doug Smith twice over the past two months, and my experience couldn’t have been better. From the personal service from all of the staff, great selection of vehicles, and easy process, I will continue to buy cars here. My girlfriend and I are both in newer Subarus now (after both upgrading from Hondas) and are absolutely in love!

We have been loyal Doug Smith Kia customers and have purchased three Kia vehicles and a lease from them over the past few years. Their service and integrity have recently dropped and we would never purchase another vehicle from them nor would we recommend them. We were taken advantage of during a recent service visit and charged for services we did not request or authorize, including a car wash. When asked to speak to the manager, he hid like a mouse. My trust for Doug Smith went down the toilet with their service.
