Had a wonderful experience at this dealership, had an awesome car sales man, Josh. He was very helpful in looking for a new vehicle and choosing one that suited my needs for my family.
A couple days ago, I went into the dealership to trade in my Durango for a smaller SUV. Ended up purchasing a Kia Sportage EX. Josh Carter was our associate who helped us out. Usually I’m pretty uncomfortable with the whole car buying process, but Josh’s personality and sense of humor really makes you feel at home and at ease. You know you’re being taken care of. This is definitely the place to go if you want to buy either a used or new car. My Fiancè and I had an Extremely good service and a personable experience and I'd like to shout out to Brent a.k.a Shrek for a great first experience with buying a car, he was really great and was not pushy at all and gave us time and space to do what we needed to do, he also gave us a good deal and helped us with whatever we needed and it is very much appreciated. I had a recall notice for the passenger side airbag on my Forester. When I got my car back over 24 hours later the center console vent and right side vent did not work - no air would come out of these vents. The right side vent control was no longer attached to the dashboard. When I reported these problems in reply to a customer service email I received no response. This was a very disappointing experience having been a customer for 10 years.
