Darrin at Doug Smith Kia was amazing help! Was in contact with him before I went to the dealership. I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn't force anything else on me. Got to the dealership he had the car I wanted ready to test drive. Drive it loved it bought it! They did everything to be sure I had a great experience! Highly recommend Darrin at Doug Smith Kia!!!!

Went to get my oil changed. Waited 3 hours. Mind you I got here at 7:30 in the morning. Went and asked what's taking so long, lo and behold my car was done awhile ago but I was not made aware. Their excuse? We didn't know, no one told us. Ok? That's it? The man said sorry, but in the most unapologetic way, like it didnt matter that something that should've taken 45 mins, went beyond that. I just had to call 8 times to make my first payment and the person I finally got a hold of was very rude. Not pleased.
