I have not had any problems with the service department. I've always been happy with all work I've had done. The only complaint I have is you don't use winter washer fluid and now mine is all frozen and I am SOL when driving and when needing to clean it. Please fix that for future services for customers.

I like Kia's, and I just bought a 2015 Sedona SX. But make sure that the papers you are signing are the agreed upon price, because that was not the case for us. We agreed on a price only to see that the paperwork was changed to show a purchase price of $1,500 more. So while I will probably buy another Kia, it most likely won't be from Doug Smith.
Never done business with them and probably never will. But hey they followed me on twitter so that alone is worth 5 stars
