We are so pleased with the hi-fi we have just bought from Doug Brady's. After deliberating for several months a friend recommended their website. So glad he did! We received the most fantastic advice at every stage of the process. There was a slight hiccup with our delivery which was sorted immediately & Miguel was so apologetic. I'd like to thank John and the team at Doug Brady, for the outstanding customer service, patience and support. I was in the market for an integrated amplifier upgrade, on my Roksan K3. Following many weeks of both in store and home demo's, I'm now the proud owner of a Sugden A21SE. I can say that the advice and support has been second to none. First contacted DB this lunchtime. I knew what I wanted and they had it in stock. Called and was offered free set up and a cup of tea. Hour later I'm on my way home completely satisfied. Knowledgable and courteous staff. Would happily recommend.
Went to Doug Brady HiFi today with my first Turntable in need of a service and new cartridge. All the staff were friendly and accomodating. Miguel and Andy were especially amazing, both taking time and care with me and my wife. There was alot of knowledge and passion in the shop, that they are more than happy to share. Like many of the other comments say on their reviews, i am a customer for life now.
Visited here last week. Andrew setup my turntable and fitted a new cartridge. So professional and friendly. All four guys are the best here and really know their stuff. So passionate about their products and for music! Thanks so much.... Paul... with the QED turntable!
