Having decided to invest to build my dream Hi-Fi set-up I contacted Doug Brady Hifi to get the ball rolling. They were very helpful and knowledgable in their suggestions to make my perfect pairing come to life. There were some challenges along the way with sourcing, and a faulty component (from the factory, not the fault of DBH) however they handled these very well and were extremely helpful in getting everything back on track. Went to doug bradys yesterday with a friend to demo atol streamer and some speakers. Great experience no pressure. Home demo secured before purchase. Can't recommend them enough.

Amazing service - without visiting store. Was about to order online, had a query - telephoned and got immediate really knowledgable help with absolutely zero pressure. Made purchase and got a follow-up call thanking me for my purchase and confirming all details (possibly from John if I recall correctly) and had an amazing conversation with lots of advice. This is how online shopping should be. Thank you so much - I am so pleased with my system.
