The most amazing professional and courteous staff. As a Diamond member we've stayed at multiple Hilton hotels. And this has been by far the best.
My sink, and bathtub didn't drain correctly, one of the lights in the bathroom was out, and the faucet in the shower was literally falling apart. Aside from that, I spent an hour trying to solve the transportation crisis described in the review below, when I should have been celebrating one of my best friend's wedding. The staff was not helpful and there was no manager on duty that could resolve the scheduling problem they made.
