I wish I could leave zero stars. After a 13 hour drive and a tired autistic ten year old we were greeted by a rude front desk worker who looked at us like idiots when we asked for “the complementary cookie.” Like he had no idea what we were talking about. Lots of problems from the very beginning... Never again�
I have bin to many hotels, I've even worked at the Hilton in downtown Hartford ct. And let me tell you this Hilton in Atlanta is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Would never enter that hotel again when visiting in Atlanta.
The people were rude we were told that we got a free breakfast so we went down and made us a plate to fine out it wasn't free at all it was $16.00, so guess what we didn't eat. I will never stay here again
So far a pretty awful hotel with horrible customer service.
