What a wonderful weekend we had! The room was perfect, the food was very good especially the fantastic breakfast and the Southern hospitality of the staff was warm and always helpful! We come from New York so we can appreciate a happy and pleasant staff!! Thanks Doubletree Roswell for making our weekend great!
Room wasn't ready for check in... Front office staff were not attentive to any needs of the guests due to the "room not ready" situation... One bartender on shift while there were 3 wedding parties at the hotel....

My team and I stay at the Doubletree Roswell quite often when visiting our offices in Atlanta but this stay was the best experience ever! The staff went above and beyond in every interaction! One of our ladies was overheard saying she heard they had amazing grits but was disappointed they were not on the breakfast buffet. As a Hilton Diamond, I see LOTS of hotels and I love this one! No matter how long the interval between my stays, they remember my name - like, just looking at me, not looking it up - and my preferences. Front desk, servers, bell staff - always smiling and pleasant and willing to accommodate. And, one of the best cheeseburgers anywhere!
