RecommendedI am currently staying here on a business trip. Customer service is impeccable! Everyone has been super nice and helpful. My room did not have a fridge but all I had to do was ask front desk and they had one brought up in less than 15 minutes. Rooms were very clean. The beds and pillows are on point as well. I had dinner in the restaurant and had the shrimp and grits. Amazing!! It was a little pricey but it was well worth it and it fills you up! If I come back to Atlanta I will definitely be staying here again!
I stay here for business often and I must say that the customer service is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and does whatever necessary to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and the food is great! I highly recommend them! Thank you for making my stays great! See you all next time!

DoubleTree By Hilton Fayetteville, NC Very unprofessional, and I would never recommend any of my family or friends to support this business. After working here for 4 months I’ve learned that a brands name can sometimes NOT hold any weight. This franchise hotel is stamped with the Hilton brand, which is very far fetch after being on the inside and actually seeing how business is ran. It was a lot of police activity in and out that weekend and there were more than a few incidents I was concerned about but it was an alright stay and the staff tried their best to accommodate the super bowl 🏟
