Worst night of sleep ever. Bed so hard and lumpy, light bulbs blown, room smelled like mildew. I left a shirt in the closet. Calling back to get help was useless. Hateful customer service rep and refused to connect to manager or anyone else to help since she couldn’t or wouldn’t.
