Returned a mattress topper Monday under the 200 night guarantee (after email confirmation advised we could return for a refund). We have proof the topper was received Tuesday morning however no communication to say so and to say refund is being processed. I have chased via email and been met with silence. Really not recommended. They were quick to respond when I wanted to place an order though! Typical

Had the octa spring mattress around 12 months, turned fortnightly, however, the springs don’t recover and leave depressions where you sleep, worse than a traditional steel sprung one! Avoid buying one

Bought from Online TV ad for mattress topper for extra comfort as husband recovering from cancer op . Once we were ready to reorganise the bedroom we opened the mattress from box and wrapping , the mattress has black marks over the surface so I contacted Dormeo customer services for a replacement but was told can’t replace as I should have opened the mattress within the guidelines ( according to their T&C’s) After another email explaining why I couldn’t open until I did I just got the same response !! Ordered a rejuvinated mattress. Not going into two days wasted witing in for non existant delivery. But it did finally turn up. Opened and laid out in warm ventilated room but after 3 days it had only expanded to 15cm rather than the stated 19cm. Cover all saggy. Bigger issue for a mattress advertised as "Firm" it was so soft that when we lay on it we sank all the way through to the bed base. So have not used it at all.
