Great practice and appointments are usually the day when it was made.
Outstanding surgery. Receptionist staff friendly and efficient, no morning queues, GP appointment the same day, doctor exceptional and call back to check on how doing. Thank you all.
Terrible practice. Can't get an appointment for 3 months (I know it's the NHS) but total jobsworth receptionists with no empathy do not help. Easier to get Rolling Stones concert tickets. Have been with them for 2 years and haven't seen a doctor yet. TTG and anyone moving to Kilmacolm would do well to avoid.
