Worst experience of my life! GM Pedro Casal has lied to me and family member on numerous occasions. Save your time and money!
Do not buy a car here!! They sold my boyfriend a car, switched his plates, took his trade in and ignored all his requests to complete financing saying they were "swamped" then one month later demanded the car back. We went in and spoke to a floor manager and he kept saying it was "above his pay grade" .We left multiple messages for GM Pedro and he never returned our calls. Days later they showed up to repossess the vehicle saying we stole it. GM Pedro & Salesman Philip Perez are unprofessional, rude and shady
Our 2 sales agents gio and Roy were excellent. Go ask for them they will treat you like family. We were in and out in less then 4 hours.
