I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer, and was very content until a few years ago when the service department personnel changed and now they are all super rude, have no customer service skills and are quite frankly uneducated. Even the service manager talks to you like you're a piece of crap instead of a customer. Thieves!! Got towed on Saturday night because car didn't start, Monday got car fixed after paying $300.00 labor to install a $ 8.21 part that took 2 minutes to do. Tuesday found another problem in the A/C which was perfectly fine before the towing. Went back and they again estimated a labor of $350.00 and told me the problem was a coincidence and nothing to do with 1st service. Hummm?? Guess what!! Took car to a friend shop that showed me the A/C fan was DISCONNECTED and after connecting it myself the A/C was perfectly fine!... read more
When I bought my car there, they offered me to have free car wash for life. Its almost like one month that this car wash is out of service. When i call they give me different excuses everyday.. I need to know what happends..
