Bad customer service. Basically you have to beg them to find out about numbers on the car you are interested. I wanted to lease one car for me and another one for my wife. They never returned the phone calls. I think they don't need the sales or are to busy. I will not lease / buy or recommend this dealership to anyone.
This is the worst dealer in Miami. I had a lease for a 2011 Hyundai sonata. when my contract was about to expire they sent me a letter asking me if i wanted to change my car with no early termination charges and no extra chagers. I actually ended up buying a huyndai santafe and next thing i know i have the bank calling me saying that they sold the car in an option and that i own the difference. this is a scam. I had to have my car towed to the nearest HYUNDAI dealership which is in butt fuck DORAL because the vehicle doesn’t come with a spare. and they couldn’t help me with a courtesy vehicle, a ride, a tow to another less busy facility and told me to wait 3 hours. I was so pissed off I decided to drive the car with a flat tire across the street to the Acura dealership who is more than willing to change my tire at a more affordable rate. Negative stars for Doral Hyundai.��� 10 stars for Doral Acura for saving me�
Tremenda mala atención!!! No te resuelven ni p..... !!!! Pésimosssssss !!! Se siente un ambiente de guerra constante entre los vendedores por tratar de meterte un carro. Quise un lease y nada. Me pusieron miles de peros que al final ni con un cosigner me quisieron dar !!! El financista un tipo pedanteeeee a más no poder !!! Y el otro de barba de su lado peorrrrrr !!!! Ya saben. No vayan a este dealer. !!!!!
Worst place to buy or lease a car, they advertise different price on internet and they confused the paper work they put my name under another car and I have to visit the court 3 times already. There are better Hyundai dealer with better deals and specials. They just want to sell u a car. They don't care about customers
