Wow, I can't believe all the negative comments on this post. I've been having my 2008 Accent serviced at Doral for all but the first year of my Accent's life. I bought it at Bill Seidle's near my home which closed in 2009. Anyway, I've never had issues with Doral Service. I don't drive my Accent hard, 65,000 miles and I have the oil changed every 3 months. After reading other reviews i don't feel alone the customer service was horrible i think everyone needs to be retrained I went for a oil change and my list escalated to several things which if I didn't know any better I would have left Hyundai Doral paying over $600 to service my car and it's only a year old. I will continue going to Hyundai in Hollywood to continue my services

Doral Hyundai is TERRIBLE. I had issues with my brand new 2016 Tucson and since it took over a month to fix, they rented a car for me through Enterprise. This happened back in June, and now I have gotten charged from my bank account the bill Doral Hyundai NEVER paid for the rental THEY gave me, telling me it's not their responsibility. They are thieves. Save your time and money and do not come here! Terrible customer service.
I always get treated like family. Between my friends and family, we have bought/leased over 50 cars and everyone keeps going back for more.
