WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!
So im here AGAIN this is my 4th time here in less than 1 year since i got my car and its been leaking oil. IM SO DISAPOINTED. I chose Hyundai because the first car I owned was a 2006 Sonata and it ran PERFECT never had any issues and I drove it from miami to Naples numerous times, and to Texas and back. After my car got totaled I decided to get another Hyundai. So I came here and bought one and its been a nightmare and no one seems to pinpoint the leak. I dropped off my car at 1:30 PM to get a routine service with my warranty and change my transmission fluid and they told me it would take an hour. I was dropped off at school and after no one called me by 4:15, it took 7 very angry phone calls to finally reach the service representative who told me it would STILL take another 40 minutes. By 6:15, service is closed but NO ONE called me to tell me whether it was ready or not and now no one can come pick me up to pick up my car.
