Many things I have to say about this place, specially how the manager for service handled the situation about my bad experience. He "would say" how everything I was saying was wrong with quoting my words as if I was lying and gave me a call and had no empathy. Anyway, this Doral' Service sector is horrible and so is management. Don't waste your time, and yes I will make sure many people know about this. Chevys service is way better by the way if anyone is looking for another place.

I don't know why some of you have had bad experiences with this dealer ship! They treated me amazingly! Maybe you all should check on things you have issues with before hand! Like, wouldn't you know if you have a spare tire? That's like common sense to check things like that, right!? Anyway, five stars from me! Esp Harold Rodriguez and Hector F.! Great customer service!
En Diciembre compre auto en Hyundai por 4 vez y mi experiencia siguio siendo muy buena, sobretodo muy agradecida con Frank ( FINANCISTA) por su gran ayuda.. Todos sabemos que comprar auto puede ser muy estresante para todos, y que como en todos lados lo que es bueno para unos es malo para otros. Yo en este dealer me siento muy contenta a la hora de comprar auto.
