Terrible experience!. His manager is thinking of win to lose. Service department think to gain more money with a bad service. Every visit they requested to change any filter and etc and it was not necessary to replace for that. I spent more that $500 per tires because they forgot to rotate it (included in my contract), filters and etc without any reason. For sure it will be the last leasing with you!. The manager did not know what is the definition of a good quality service.
