Place is 30 years past it’s prime. Room was filthy. Torn curtains. Bugs. Stained lamp shades. Place needs a complete remodel.

Our AC did not work and also the beds were horribly uncomfortable
It’s run down and unkempt. My room smells funny; the air conditioning is loud; and I was given a poorly designed handicap accessible bathroom that I neither need nor want. I wished to switch rooms and the front desk was rude when she told me that they were fully booked. However, many people were still checking in. She could have switched my room if she was willing. I loved this place. It has a classic, retro, upstate feel. I would go back again!
The worst hotel I ever stayed at. They refunded all our money. The place was filthy. Management rude. Disgusting rooms.
