Was a very nice brunch w/ family. Would gladly do it again anytime.
stayed for a night to celebrate my sons birthday with his friends. Rooms were clean and roomy. Loved that there was a lifeguard at the pool which most hotels don’t have. Parking was way to far ( please change) and I refuse to pay valet when you already spend a lot for the room and food. Another thing that bothered us and is totally ridiculous and I overheard the same from many other guests, that you use the pool for Sunday morning swimming lessons. I had a birthday party on Jazz Sunday Brunch this past Sunday. I had 11 ppl come and was charged 20% administrative fee $98.56 but it was under service fee. At bottom of bill, it specific said 20% fee was for hotel fee that said it did not go towards gratuity. That did not sit well with any of us since we had great service. It’s a great hotel with hot tub and indoor outdoor pool.nice restaurant.
No room service past 9:30; and some staff were not friendly and not helpful at all.
