What a nightmare NYE was at the Doral Arrowwood! People were camped out on the floors because they could not get people into rooms, they overbooked rooms, the staff was unpleasant, and that hotel needs a serious upgrade. I’m sad to say that is the last time I stay there.
We just celebrated our daughter's wedding at the Doral! From the rehearsal dinner, through the wedding ceremony, reception to the Sunday brunch, the venue was extraordinary! Countless guests commented that it was amount the best weddings they had ever attended! The venue, food, service and just the entire team were beyond our expectations! Special credit should go to our catering sales manager Elizabeth , Maury D' Gerry and Banquet manager Edgar!
Stayed here and the staff as well as managment were amazing. A must stay. Food could be better but all in all an amazing stay we had......... very friendly place and clean
AMAZING ACCOMMODATIONS. THE SERVICE, THE FOOD, THE EXPERIENCE WAS IMPECCABLE. CAN'T WAIT TO REVISIT!
Course was in respectable shape for late in the season. Greens were good and plenty of grass on tees and fairways. Would have been nice if some debris was blown off some of the tee boxes. Strange thing about this course is lack of a starter at first tee. No instruction on when to head out from the clubhouse either.
Was only there overnight for a business trip, but the stay was wonderful. No problems at all, clean, and the people were very nice & helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. Was buffet style with a lot of choices. Very tasty. If there were any negatives I would have to say the food could have been a little hotter and I was disappointed with the canollis. They should not serve those canollis.
