Our room on the first floor smells so musty is disgusting, we had a different room at first and asked to change rooms because of the smell and they did but this room smells just as bad , nope will not come back
RecommendedI hope the Doral Arrowwood will reopen. We belonged to the health club and pool for many years. We will miss the staff and the beautiful facilities.
The doors are closing tomorrow, who knows what the property will bring in the future.....I want to say thank you to all the staff on premises for these last couple of days. Every one of you exemplified grace and dignity from housekeeping to fitness center, front desk to wait staff. Regardless of the closing doors looming over your heads, everybody was super polite and professional. Bought a gift card for a Christmas gift. Now that it’s closing, they don’t even answer the phone so they can make a reservation for the final weekend. Contacting my credit card company right now.
Food is horrible and the beer was bad
