Spent 3 nights for boyfriends birthday. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are really nice, spacious, modern and clean. The restaurant is a little bit small but the food is great. The only downside is that the restaurant is abit under staffed, the restaurant is always quite busy at dinner time and we waited 30 minutes before the waiter came to take our drinks and food order. But I would still recommend this hotel.
Stayed for work. Good positions close to m25, nice countryside on the doorstep. Tesla superchargers. Good breakfast. Bar is a little lacking in atmosphere and chairs not very comfy. Good breakfast. Rooms and hotel are too hot and no ventilation in bar / restaurant. Room ok but neeeds a good clean around the edges.
An interesting hotel with a strong Indian theme with a modern wing adjacent to a Tudor timbered restaurant that houses their restaurant and. bar.Limited tables can be a problem. Would preferred to be served tea and coffee and not have to dispense it from a machine! so no table service at breakfast I also I had to wait for milk.There was Excellent food and attentive service during dinner.The bedrooms and en suites are modern and beautifully fitted with comfortable Hypnos beds. such a beautiful hotel, in stunning gardens, the room i was in was spacious and the shower was perfection! my only issue was the music it kind of reverberates under the room, making it that annoying sound that makes you want to put your head under the amazing pillows! I was offered a different room on check in but was advised see how you go, hindsight is wonderful, on reflection I should have asked more questions, alas I didnt, after a long drive and day I just wanted shower and bed! beautiful hotel, friendly staff, would go... read more
