Roy did an excellent job repairing the roof for my rental. He even did the work on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. The price for the repair was fair. I would definitely use his service in the future.
The came in, fixed the leak quickly. With the extra time they evaluated the seal around each vent and found taht everything was ok. Came out in a timely matter too.
No nonsense, straightforward service. Done in the time quoted. They gave us the best bid too, but we felt the final roof was exactly what we wanted with no surprise expenses. They allowed us to use the dumpster for other trash too, an added bonus.
They installed new down spouts. Great Job

I got bids from 3 different contractors for some repairs. Roy's DoneRite was clearly the better of the 3. One of them inspected my roof, then told me I needed to replace the whole thing. The roof did need repairs, but it wasn't that old and I knew it didn't need to be replaced. The second firm didn't even get on the roof, and gave me a bid from what they could see from the ground! I went with Roy's DoneRite because they were prompt in contacting us. The other 2 companies didn't even bother calling me. I don't have anything to compare Roy's price or service to. All I can comment is that when you have a leaking roof and it is pouring rain, the price you pay for the service is high. It may have been the industry standard what they charged, but for the amount of time and the fix that was required, the price was far more than what I expected.
