I called, he came out within a couple of hours and fixed my roof at that time.
I would recommend them to others looking for any roofing projects. They were able to do the job in a timely manner and were working on the date promised. They were fast and efficient and the price was very reasonable.
Past job 1-1.5 yrs ago was good. It did bother me that shortly after they repaired my sunroom roof that when I called that there was a leak to the right of one of the two skylights that one of their techs who lives near Algona, jumped over the front fence without beeping his horn to let me roommate know he was on the roof. No complaints! Very timely and helpful.
Unprofessional. The job, once done looks good, but it was very difficult to get them here to start the job. They even left their old truck in my drive way as it was a holiday weekend and they were to start that friday, but they eventually came back the following Tuesday and it was only one guy. will never recommend them to anyone.

While individuals opinions are invited and appreciated, understanding of the industry is a must. Number one concern of our company is protection of the customer and their belongings. While in these winter months we do our best to discern when the opportune times to start/complete a job is. Most customers appreciate this concern for their well being. Unfortunately not all do.
They came promptly and repaired the roof. The leak was still the present and so they came again the following day and fixed it.
I wanted DoneRite to provide us w/ a price & they just sent someone over the same day, did the work (w/ a shingle that didn't match at all) unkown to me and w/o any written estimate and then asked my wife for immediate payment! DoneRite owner somehow felt I had approved they do this over the phone. We now have a roof that looks worse than it did previously and we paid more than others who provided us w/ written estimates in the proper manner. We would like someone to come out and fix the roof!

There was a verbal ok made over phone about fixing their roof. This is needed to initiate a dispatch of a technician. As there were a variety of shigles already on this roof we put one that would match the best. We have not been personally contacted about this matter to discuss options or come to a resolution with this customer, which we would be more than happy to. ~DR
The roofing repair was fast and thorough. They also worked with me on a payment plan. That was a huge help. So far so good. No leaks and roof looks great.
Very fast and professional. They did an outstanding job with the roof and cleaned up the entire yard. Not one nail or debris could be found. If I need another roof, not likely right now, I'd hire them again.
