I knew that there wold be delays in getting my shed roof replaced after the December windstorm blew it off. I even told them to put me as a low priority to get homes finished first. I also realized that they could not work in the rain. BUT, I would have appreciated a call after waiting patiently for four months. Many items in my shed were ruined by rain. Donerite did come out and put a tarp on the roof after 3 months and a couple of phone calls from me. The work was good, but customer service was lacking.

It was a strange combination of things that happened - First the estimator came out and told me that the repairs would be needed in three places and it would be 695$ then he went on vacation and the man who was sent to do the job was then sent out one day to drop off equipment - he never came back - months later after many calls someone came when I wasn't here and fixed one place I had orginally called about and sent a bill for 695$ - the other places weren't addressed and I had to hire another contractor to fix - and then I... read more
We had DoneRite do an overlay on our existing roof and it looks great!!! We have a preschool in our home and they worked around our schedule and did the roof on a Saturday. Very fast and professional. They did miss some nails and shingle trimming on cleanup but overall did a great job.

They even went over and above by coming back the next day to help with a satellite issue on the roof. These guys are straight up and do a good job...
