Cheap, but then complained about not having enough money. Completed the job within the time specified, but the quality of the job was lacking. Asked him to return to evaluate a continuing leak, incorrectly installed gutters, and broken window. After several calls, he only responded after e-mailing. After a site visit to evaluate the deficiencies he said none of the issues were his except the gutter. While he stated he would repair the gutters, to this day (in 2009), they are still not repaired.

Owner of house turned into apts was told prior to roof instal that siding on 1900's house needed to be repaired to avoid leaking he didnt want to spend the money to have the siding fixed,inturn claims we complained about money I disagree with his statement after veiwing his other rentals he doesnt care about preventive maintenance
they were great, did not try to cut corners, very pleased with their work.
Roy's price was the best of the 4 estimates I got. His crew cleaned up every day, and were done is a fast fashion. They also gave me a great price on new gutters as well.

We were having problems with our roof and Roy came to inspect the roof to make sure that our contractor was doing things right. Thanks to Roy, we found out that our contractor didn't get the job done right and we used Roy's inspection report to get him to come back and finish the job. He could've gotten away with it if it wasn't for Roy's advice and honest inspection.
He offered such an affordable price, I hired him on the spot and he completed the roof repair within a few hours. It was much easier than I thought it would be.
Roy responed my request quickly. The staff showed up on time and finished the repair job right on the spot. Very happy about the result.
Leeky roof, repaired the leak. Quick and timely.
