Andrew did an absolutely excellent job. In addition he found something else that needed to be done. On the roof he spotted where the cap on the top was missing. He was very capable and his prices were very reasonable. I told him go ahead and fix it which saved by money by spotting the problem early. I appreciate his excellent work.
Donerite was hired to inspect roof/chimney and find out why chimney leaks when it rains. Technician missed the original appointment for a quote and had to reschedule for a different day. Then he showed up 20 minutes late on the day he was scheduled to perform the work. However, work was done well and thoroughly (as far as I can tell since it has not rained yet). I am unable to access the roof and inspect the work...so as long as a drip is not audible in the chimney the next time it rains I would say the work was done well. A... read more
