Roy from Donrite was prompt and professional. Even when the job I had requested turned out to be something entirely different (because of my own error) he still honored the quote and performed the job. Courteous and conscientious. Explained what the real problem was and how it could be remedied, offering several solutions. I would definitely hire this company again, and probably will come spring when my roof needs moss treatment and maintenance. I wish I could give him more stars than just 5 stars!
Roy and his partner are awesome. Came out on Oct 11,2012 to see waht needed to be done. Came out on Oct 15,2012 and did the roof repairs and certification we needed. They went above and beyond!!!! I needed there services for a house my daughter is buying. They were nice, courteous, professional. In fact I need a repair done on my own home and will be using them!!! Hire them you won't regert it!!! Thank you again for your fabulous work!!!!!
Was prompt with contact and bid. He was very personable and professional. I received a bid the next day and arranged to have the work done without any problems. Looks very good !!
