I had been suffering from a severe case of plantar fasciitis for over a year. I tried all of the normal recommendations but nothing that I did resulted in the long term healing of my foot. Dr. Pelto and the folks at Central Mass Podiatry were great! I am not an athletic person and had been suffering from foot pain for many months before I finally realized I needed to do something. I was a bit intimidated in that the practice clearly supports high quality athletes but when I visited, everyone was very friendly. Most importantly, in less than 3 months, I am pain free and back to normal. Dr. Pelto listened to me and came up with an aggressive plan of attack that really helped me. Great Experience!!
I saw Dr. Pelto for unsightly toenail fungus. I had inquired about laser treatment and he offered me several options. I opted for medication, which was much less expensive. After about nine months, my feet look much better than they have in years!
Dr Pelto offers clear and thorough explanations regarding both the issues and treatment. He was both personable and professional. I highly recommend.

Dr. Pelto deserves the Stanley Cup of Podiatrists.. engraved, “Best doctor of ALL the lands.” Approximately a decade ago, I was admitted to the hospital with a severe E.
