'I saw Dr. Pelto at Central Massachusetts Podiatry. I had recently dropped something on my foot and after 5 days it wasn’t getting better. I saw Dr. Pelto helped me by explaining why and what needed to be done. He performed everything I needed in the office on that visit. It started feeling better almost immediately. Now, several weeks later I almost fully recovered and returning back to my old routine.
Dr. Pelto explained in detail the shock therapy treatment on my Achilles tendon. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He has a way about him that teaches you about your condition until you understand completely.
I went to see Dr Pelto for pain in my heal. He quickly determined the problem and gave me at home treatments. He explained the first line of treatments as well as the next steps should they be required. After 3 weeks of the at home treatments my heal pain was practically gone. No need to proceed to the other treatments. I highly recommend him.
From registration to check out, the entire patient experience is amazing.I went into the office with a troubling foot issue that had been bothering me for months, and when I left, everything was resolved, and I felt fantastic !Dr Pelto is an extremely intelligent, informed, and compassionate doctor. He helped me to understand my condition better than anyone ever has before.
AMAZING DOCTOR :: honestly just want to say he’s amazing not only a problem solver but overall awesome. Clearly understood the issues with my foot and my recovery was stellar. Utterly a great professional . Definitely recommend this experienced doctor to anyone. I give him 10 stars along side with the staffs
Dr.Peltro is very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions that I have asked. Help from the orthotics in my shoes to the places where I can go to get shoes that have the support that I need. Thank you for excellent care!

I had a fractured toe with detached tendons. Dr. Pelto used the combination of the shockwave therapy and then an amniotic injection. It’s now 7 weeks and I’m doing so much better. No more pain. Very grateful for his help.
