After visiting here with friends for a prebooked bridesmaid dress fitting (which they also phoned to confirm) we were initially ignored by the staff, we were then told they don't do any new dresses for bridesmaids, only the few they have left in stock, overall very unhelpful and not the experience you would expect when somebody is planning their special day. We went to Berketex who clearly know a bit more about customer service.
Loved this place from the moment I walked in. They all made me feel welcome I had ideas of a dress. The lady told me she would add an extra as sews has done this for 20 odd years and the one I picked was opposite to what I had and what she picked. Love to them all xxx thanks dona and team
