Absolute worst customer service i have ever received from a business. Even when I tried talking to a manager nothing was fixed. Promised a car and never came through. On to the next dealership
Went Reno Dodge looking for 3/4 ton pickup to replace our Toyota Tundra and we had a great Sale man Devin Rogers and Finance Manager Jeremy Marlow work hard to ensure we got a great finance deal. We left being proud owners of 2017 RAM Big Horn 2500. Great Staff and very friendly. I would recommend to my friends and co-workers..

I went into Reno Dodge not intending to buy but just to look because I saw a really nice Dodge Nitro at the Gold Dust parking lot. Then I found that Dodge doesn't make the Nitro any longer replacing it with the Journey. Well push comes to shove, I ended up with a 2016 Journey AWD which I really like. My trade in was front wheel drive which was terrible in the snow. This Journey's AWD is magic in the snow, almost as good as my Jeep Rubicon. Reno Dodge is great! They have a huge selections of cars and trucks but especially pickup trucks in reno. If you're in search of a truck dealership in the reno or northern Nevada area then Reno Dodge is a good place to get a deal on a new truck for sale.
