Talked to salesman Greg on Wednesday when I dropped off a truck and found a jeep on their lot got a ok from manager on price I was picking up jeep today after trip .... Just got a call "THE JEEP IS SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE " pure crap!!!!!WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF U WANT A HONEST PLACE TO BUY ITS NOT RENO DODGE!!!!
If you want a dishonest car buying experience then look no further! They will sell cars out from under you even though they tell you not to worry about it and then they blame it on the customer. Very rude extremely disappointed!

Went to Reno Dodge not expecting much as I didn't have great credit or a big down payment. They were extremely nice and helpful and worked with me to get me in a new car! By far the best experience I've had with a dealership!

This place needs to re-evaluate their pricing. Something simple as getting a key programed is a $75 charge here in Reno. Guess who took their business to Carson Dodge and had it done for 40% less. #lovecarsoncitydodge
We had a great experience at Reno Dodge, it was painless, stress free, and kind of fun. After looking all over the internet at trucks we decided to drive into Reno from Truckee to compare them in person. When we walked up to the truck we were looking for we knew it was the "ONE". I had a very bad experience with the service department back in October and again today. It was one train wreck after the other.. I came in for an oil change before a trip to L.A. And they accidentally punctured a hole in the oil filter which lead to oil spraying all over the back of the car and our engine needing more oil every 2 hours. I finally make it back to get this resolved and I couldn't be reimbursed for the extra oil, they didn't get the oil off the back window but to save face they offered a free oil change in the... read more
