Did the whole KKB cash offer got an offer and spoke to Internet Sales Guy. We set up an appointment and I showed up but the guy I spoke to was not in. I got some other guy who did the vehicle check. He showed the paperwork manager and came back and said $500.00. So I believe they are using KBB cash offer as way to get people in. KBB offer was over $5k however they wanted to offer $500.00 wow. Off to Carson City....

Was an 11 year customer. There service has gotten worse, and worse over the years. On my last appointment they couldnt even do an oil change right anymore, put 5 quarts in a 7 quart hemi. They also ended up damaging my car, and then lying about it. There management is a complete joke. Thats it I'm done with these crooks, go somewhere else. You'll thank me for this advice, trust me.

Don't buy from Reno Dodge, they do not follow up on what they say they will do and I actually do not know how they stay in business. They ordered the wrong truck for me, told me they just detailed it but I had to get a rag to wipe the dust of the seat for my wife to get into the truck. Charged me $200 for an alarm and told me to drop it off for my Bedliner at the same time. Bedliner was done and no alarm, 3 weeks later and no phone calls back or money returned. WC Court?

My experience at Reno Dodge was bittersweet. I purchased a new vehicle from them that I had fallen in love with. Unfortunately, my lack of knowledge and savvy ended up costing me quite a bit of extra money that I'm sure made Reno Dodge smile immensely. The salesman and staff were extremely nice and showed due respect, however, I have never felt so pressured in my life to make a quick deal and "sign on the dotted line". Worst vehicle shopping experience ever. They lie, scam, keep you waiting, send you to another scummy sales person even when you have an appointment. Said they didn't have time to sit and order the vehicle I wanted. Went to Carson dodge and they looked after me very well

Service department is terrible a couple months ago I had my truck in there for contaminated DEF according to peak dodge's reading was still in there standards but the truck still shut down so dodge gave me a sample of the fluid to send to peak and it was an even worse reading and contamination then dodge got but even with a factory warranty and extended warranty I still had to pay OUT OF POCKET $612.00 it was ridiculous!!!!! Tried to finance a vehicle. Finance person told me i wasnt qualified. I received numerous letters from finacial institutes stating my loan was decline. When I contacted them.. They said i was approved, but since I wasnt told by the dealership it was approved, the finacial companies recorded it as a declined loan application.. Which dropped my credit score 52 points..
