We contacted Reno Dodge looking for a car with the options we we wanted. Since we live equal distance between Reno and Las Vegas, this would be the deciding factor. I just bought 2 cars from them, one for my daughter and a pick up for me. We are both very happy with our new vehicles ,the service was excellent, and the prices where far better then I had expected. I have been shopping for both vehicles for awhile now and had dropped in to see what they had when I found a used car I thought my daughter would like. From the moment we stepped in to the dealership everyone was great. I had my heart set on a particular car and they found exactly what I wanted. I looked at numerous cars to start with and they didn't seem to mind a bit. I am happy to say though, I drove away in my beautiful new car! Great deal and great service. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Reno Dodge. They exceeded my expectations by far this time!
It was the worst experience I've had making promises they didn't keep & lying. We will never shop here again & we recommend that no one else does either, you will regret any purchase you make here. On top of everything they are trying to hide the survey that they are give out to every customer. Somehow in our email arrives a different survey not our name or vehicle.
I buy all my cars from here! They always give me a good deal and the best service!

Dodge and Moe get it done again! Just wrapped up my 4th purchase and was in and out in 2 hours! From selection to trade-in analysis to financing to car wash/detail and out the door, the process was once again World Class! Kirby and PJ were knowledgeable, professional and catered to my ever need. I would not buy a car from another dealer in Reno. Thanks again to Moe and his team for yet another excellent experience!
Sold us a new truck with an alarm they installed. So far total electrical failure twice in the first year. Would not warranty the problem due to the crappy alarm they installed. Go anywhere but here. Total dissatisfaction!
