Went there a couple months back and says I'm not approved for a used truck but I approved for brand new car they say no one beats a reno Dodge deal. Hyundai of Lithia down the street definitely beat them
Second time car buyer, best experience I've ever had. My salesman Brian Carter was very knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing, most importantly he listened to what we wanted and needed. We didnt have the largest budget but he went out of his way to make it work for our family. And Everyother person I meet there was friendly and just awesome!!!! Definitely a place I would come back to and recommend to others!! Thank you to everyone who helped us, and especially Brian.
Too many problems with the service department I'm not even going to go into detail. They are crooks and dishonest. If there's problems with your vehicle take pictures and document everything in case anything goes wrong and try to blame you for it. I will never be back, much rather drive to fernley or Carson probably better service there. Just my two cents.
Completely got taken advantage of when purchasing this car for our college bound daughter & have had the worst customer service I have ever seen! Made a service appointment 3 weeks ago. Was the 5th person to check my car in @ 7:30am. Get a phone call @ 4 pm saying they haven't had a chance to look @ it. I travelled from Winnemucca which was 2+ hours away!! Huge inconvenience! �
For starters, let me say, publicly NO. I will not trade in my truck, so shut up about it. That said, I'll never darken your service door again. Ever. I took in our 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 for recall work to the service department in May. I was asked, harassed, and suggested at to trade it in no fewer than SIX times. No. No. NO. I had the truck towed in on Thursday because of a brake/wheel bearing problem. First sentence: "You should really trade it in." At this point, my patience with that crap is gone. The Service department is the worst I've seen. Dropped my truck off at 7am as the service writer asked me to for dinner recall work. 2:30pm now and they haven't even looked at it yet. Horrible, and there is always an excuse. The service has been this way for me since I bought the truck in 2013. And the service writer asks why I don't bring my truck here for standard maintenance. This is why.
