Terrible place to go. Truck was supposed to be there for ONE day. Didn’t get it back for three and a half days. They noticed other work that needed to be done and asked for a quote on the said work and was told I’d get it within the hour. I had to go in two days after and get the quote. I was also told I needed a new timing cover and they tried to charge me for it when all I needed was a gasket kit. My wife, Duke dog and I were heading to Glacier NP. from the Bay Area in our 2016 Cummins 2500 Adventure Rig and just after Truckee we got a DEF warning that said see dealer, we called Ben and he told us to stop in, it was kinda late in the day he let us know where we could camp near by since the warning gave us 150 miles before the 5mph limp mode and we were down to about 120miles, Davis Campground was Okay much better then limp mode in Utah or Idaho somewhere, we made it into the shop first thing the next morning (bad DEF ... read more
