Made appointment a week ahead. Dropped off truck on scheduled day. I didn't hear from the service department all day. Started calling at 4:45pm. After my third call I walked down to Reno dodge. They had my truck all day and didn't touch it! Nor did they call me. I drove it home and made appointment with another shop. Very poorly run service department. This falls squarely on management not the mechanics or service advisor.
Got to give a shout out to Tom Cheers and his guys. Helped me get into a Charger GT. I came in with my own financing, Tom helped me find a better deal. In and out quick, beat my bank, and Tom's a cool guy to talk to.
Reno Dodge is great, we looked at several used cars for sale but opted for a new truck since they have such a huge selection. The guy helping us was great and very courteous to our children. The entire experience at Reno Dodge was great and next time we need a car this will be our first stop!! Highly recommended.
Worst place in town to get a car. They rip you off and the people and management there are all asswholes. They treat you like your nothing. Will never ever go there again.
2016 RAM Hemi Quadcab is so awesome! Hard work pays off and now I got a brand new truck from the dodge dealership. It's all black with black rims now looking badass. I'll post some pics for you guys later. Thanks reno dodge!
I tried to buy a car here years ago and we couldn't come to an agreement on price. I was told by their sales staff that I guess I can't afford to buy a car. I went to Carson City and found the same vehicle but in the exact colors I wanted and gave them the same offer I gave Don Weir. They excepted no questions asked. Ever since I have bought from Carson City Dodge.
