I got the car I wanted, the service I expect in a car dealership. It always takes a while at a dealership of course. But the whole process was pretty smooth. My boyfriend purchased a lemon 🍋. The service has been beyond horrible!! His truck is always in the shop, makes scheduled appointments and they don’t even look at the truck until a few days later. Making him have no vehicle for days, this causes interruption in my life. When checking in the vehicle it takes 20 minutes to checking in and maybe and hour or longer before he gets his paperwork to check out and I am sure they won’t even look at the truck for days. Worst service I have ever witnessed!!!
I visited Reno Dodge on a long haul trip from California, experienced some strange idling issues and stopped just in case it was a serious problem. I'm lucky I made it out of that dealership with a running truck. After telling me I'd need to replace multiple injectors, oil pan seal and transmission, I asked for an oil top off and to be checked out of the shop. I had nothing but an amazing experience with Reno Dodge! Jose and Willy went the extra mile to get me into a car I love within my price range. Even with recent bankruptcy, they got me into a beautiful car. Not only that, the finance department called me 3 days after my purchase to tell me they were able to get me a better interest rate and lower my monthly payments. I've never had a dealership work so hard to help me out!!! Thank you Reno Dodge! I will definitely be back in the future!!
